Systainable’s patented water conservation solutions focus on serving high-density housing and hospitality owners because we generate significant savings and value to these two industries. We also believe our solution is well suited for assisted living faculties, student and military housing, hospitals, and nursing homes.
Rather than focusing simply on restriction and full fixture replacement, we have developed a retrofittable solution that is both adjustable and is easy to install. Through extensive research and expertise, we’ve found the cost of full fixture replacement is close to $1,000/unit. This is because of the necessary tile work, plumbing work, wall repair, and unknown downtime. This can even run higher due to the commercial rear wall drain mount toilets that are most commonly used in our target markets. Even then, there are still issues with functionality, reliability, and end user experience due to an obsolete, restriction-only methodology most utilized.

We understand that for many the word “conservation” implies sacrifice. It brings to mind lackluster and ineffective attempts to change behavior. Similarly, focusing on replacing fixtures and hardware to restrict flow will do more to negatively impact customer satisfaction than it will to conserve water or save money.

Deepak Nath graduated from Babson College in 1995 with a B.S. in Entrepreneurial Studies. Deepak has a true passion and skill set for developing scalable opportunities and understanding the importance of all functional areas of an organization with growth always in the forefront. Over the last 26 years, he has worked in various positions throughout Nath Companies and started multiple businesses in the real estate, entertainment, and food service industries. With Deepak’s focus being President of Systainable, his dedication for growth and business sustainability will serve the company with valuable insight and leadership.
Brent Cameron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a B.S. in Marketing Education. He has spent the last 22 years in a variety of positions, ranging from sales to small business ownership. In 2014, with a desire to take a new approach and make an impact on the world’s most precious resource, Systainable’s predecessor H2OK was created. Over the last six years, those solutions have driven a savings of over 30% of the water used in over 3,500 apartment and hotel units. With his desire to continue innovating and make an even larger impact, Brent joined with Nath Companies and Systainable was born.
Dave Walia has over 25 years of experience growing entrepreneurial companies. He joined Nath Companies in 1994 and has led the M&A activities in restaurants, commercial real estate, and hospitality markets. His role with Nath Companies has been to identify under-performing assets, acquire them, and build successful management teams to turn around the operations. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1990 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA in New Venture Management from the University of St. Thomas in 2000.
Cody Ward graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2021 with a B.S. degree in Entrepreneurship. He has spent the last 2 years expanding his entrepreneurial knowledge by working in multiple positions at Nath Companies. His responsibilities included: financial analytics, treasury oversight, business development, and investor relations. Cody joined Systainable in 2021 with a desire to utilize his entrepreneurial knowledge and passion for sustainability.
